Cornwall Climate Action Coalition Homepage Following cornwall council’s climate emergency declaration on december 13, 2021, the city of cornwall, with the help of pinna sustainability, created a climate action plan (cap). a comprehensive plan that focuses on mitigating harmful greenhouse gases in the corporation and in the community. The carbon neutral cornwall action plan explains our vision for how cornwall can become carbon neutral. we have made a good start and now we need everyone to get involved. Cornwall council is already delivering adaptation actions from our regional climate adaptation strategy. this regional strategy covers devon, cornwall and the isles of scilly. the. Sadly, cornwall has a relatively high rate of suicides, greater than the average across england, so cornwall council’s public health team are currently involved in a large programme of work.
