John settle’s first book, the virginia continental line in the revolution’s southern campaign, was released in may 2025. settle teaches u.s. history, civics and economics at powhatan (va.) middle school. On feb. 13, 2025, mike schmidt, bba ’72*, was inducted to the college baseball hall of fame as part of the 2024 class of honorees. schmidt lettered in baseball for four years at ohio university from 1967 to 1971. After graduating from medical school and completing his residency at the university of toledo, dr. snyder joined zepf center in october 2022 and transitioned to a full time role in july 2024.
