Chang Lab
The Chang Lab Chang Lab Dr. edward chang is a neurosurgeon who treats adults with difficult to control epilepsy, brain tumors, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm and movement disorders. he specializes in advanced brain mapping methods to preserve crucial areas for speech and motor functions in the brain. Our lab is part of the center for personal dynamic regulomes , the program in epithelial biology and cancer biology, and institute for stem cell biology and regenerative medicine, and is located in the school of medicine at stanford university.
The Chang Lab Chang Lab Welcome to the chang lab at the university of kansas. we develop functional nucleic acids like aptamers and dnazymes for biosensing, diagnostics, and therapeutics. Our efforts are therefore directed towards gaining a better understanding of what factors are involved in the selection and assembly of intestinal microbes, and how they can be used to reshape the enteric microbiome to prevent and treat disease. Welcome to the chang lab nhgri cegs: center for personal dynamic regulomes stanford rna medicine program. We established a uveitis biorepository of ocular fluid samples and blood samples from patients with uveitis as well as controls. we are investigating the cytokine and cellular content of uveitis ocular fluid to gain insight into the drivers of persistent disease.

Ming chang hu lab strives to offer novel insight into the cellular and molecular mechanisms of aki progression to ckd and cardiovascular diseases (vascular calcification and uremic cardiomyopathy) development in ckd, and set up a solid basis for preclinical and clinical study in the future. Our research focuses on three key areas: speech perception, speech production, and brain computer interfaces (bcis) for restoring communication. we study how the brain understands speech sounds and how different brain regions control the muscles needed for speaking. Disordered t cell b cell interactions in autoantibody positive inflammatory arthritis.
