Chang Lab Our lab focuses on microfluidic and nanofluidic research coupled with electrokinetics, optics, plasmonics, superparamagnetics and acoustics for biosening applications. The chang lab is an interdisciplinary group at the intersection of chemistry, biology, and engineering, developing functional nucleic acid–based biosensors to advance next generation precision diagnostics.
The Chang Lab Chang Lab Our laboratory integrates computational modeling with biochemical and multi omics experimentation to broadly investigate the impacts of oxidative stress (e.g., as induced by cancer therapies, radiation, toxic environmental exposures, degenerative diseases and aging) on molecules and cells. We established a uveitis biorepository of ocular fluid samples and blood samples from patients with uveitis as well as controls. we are investigating the cytokine and cellular content of uveitis ocular fluid to gain insight into the drivers of persistent disease.
