The caribbean development bank (cdb) recently trained 174 persons directly engaged with micro, small and medium sized enterprises, (msmes) across the region, to assist with much needed capacity development within the sector. This independent evaluation of the caribbean technological consultancy services (ctcs) was undertaken in 2019 and the first half of 2020. it covered the period 2010 2018 and was executed concurrently with an evaluation of cdb’s technical assistance (ta) to the public sector. For micro, small and medium sized enterprises (msmes) to sustainably expand their operations, they will require not only financial support but technical assistance from experts who can help them navigate the processes.
