Ndy Delivering Advanced Manufacturing Biopharmaceutical Facility This significant project required delivery of two separate 5 star green star office towers totalling 75,000m² nla across half a melbourne cbd block, with thirty mixed use retail and place making elements at ground level and integrated fitouts each for three separate tenants. Cbw (corner bourke and william streets) – a once neglected part of melbourne cbd – is undergoing a revival. the redevelopment of half a block has transformed this corner of the city into an upmarket financial, retail and dining district, bookended by two commercial office towers, 181 william and 550 bourke. The use of light surfaces to the walls, floor and ceiling provide a bright and airy experience with the lighting adding accents to the architecture in specific areas.
