Flp cohort 9 begin their journey to leadership 🙌 this week marked a fantastic start to the latest cohort of the bvaa future leaders programme. In 2016, bvaa launched a new programme specially designed to develop a small group of future leaders for the industry. eleven individuals were identified by their employers as having the right qualities and potential to become leaders within their own organisations. Its objective is to act as a catalyst, accelerating the career development of promising young people through a year long programme of training, networking and personal development.

Candidates must be nominated by a senior bvaa member company executive and provide an up to date cv and application letter. the deadline for applications is 31st october 2024. I’m delighted to announce that i have been accepted onto the british valve and actuator association future leaders programme and to have now completed my first session with cohort 9.
