Has that been retconned? from what i heard it's just that it hasn't been referenced as much, but from my understanding no official change has been made. still, that probably means there was no real change between new 52 and post crisis. Impressed by the team, and using his code name of brainiac 5, he tried out and joined the legion alongside supergirl, who he had a crush on. he went on to collaborate with the invisible kid to invent the legion flight ring using an isotope he discovered with mon el.
