Code Nation Project Michael halvorson graduated from pacific lutheran university (plu) in 1985 with a b.a. in computer science. he was employed at microsoft corporation from 1985 to 1993 and made many contributions to the development of microsoft press, the company’s book publishing division. Founded in 2012, code nation is rapidly expanding to schools across new york city and chicago. we hope to one day make our program available in cities across the united states.
