Beyond Burnout Self Compassion Workshop Beyond burnout is a 4 week live, online workshop designed to help you avoid burnout, and creatively cultivate self compassion for body, mind and spirit. you'll learn gentle, effective strategies that bring calm, resilience and joy back into everyday life, so you have energy and space for what matters most to you. We designed an educational workshop to teach mindful self compassion practices to student nurses to improve their understanding of the concepts and lessen their feelings of burnout using a novel approach – incorporating group sandtray exercises (colburn et al., 2023).

Beyond Burnout Self Compassion Workshop We offer a variety of mindfulness programs and events, including weekly free meditation classes as well as fee based multi week courses in mindfulness based stress reduction (mbsr), mindful self compassion (msc) and mindfulness workshops and events. This workshop will use lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises to help you learn to be self compassionate so you can reduce work stress and burnout. simple tools will be provided to help you cope on the job, so you can support yourself when you need it most.
