Impulse purchased both cattails games, but on sale at $1.99 each i couldn't resist. okay cattails wildwood story is on sale for $2 on the nintendo store and it's the best $2 i've ever spent. Pikmin 4 is pretty much nintendo saying "let's do pikmin 2 again, but better". they corrected pretty much all my complaints with how caves and everything were done before, and i actually found myself wanting to explore each cave to 100% instead of dreading setting foot in another one. Definitely a contender for the best game in the series, even if i still love 2 the best. overall, i wanna give my honest thoughts on the game, and have a good discussion with others who've completed it!.

Pikmin 4 allowed for any kind of playstyle to be done. in my case, i challenged myself to get as much treasure and caves as possible in each area without any pikmin dying and i felt really rewarded for accomplishing it. I finished pikmin 4 and i think it might be the best game in the series. i probably could write a long review, but i will try to avoid doing so. overall, i don't think pikmin 4 is perfect, and in some ways, i think it was a step down from pikmin 3, the game itself was really great.
