This project consisted of modifying the internal composition of beaverton’s existing bio medical and engineering program building to better meet the needs of the students and teachers alike. In 2021, tea's career and technical education (cte) team began developing a platform to map out programs of study across the state. the 2021 release is self reported 2019 2020. Site based cte programs provide students with hands on learning experiences in specific career areas at their home high school. these programs are available to students already enrolled at the bsd high school and are accessed through the standard course selection process.

With modern cte labs, arts and performance space, upgraded athletic facilities, and an on‑site health clinic, the district expects the facility to offer broader program options than the aging building it replaces.
