Basic Economic Development Courses Texas Edc The texas economic development council (tedc) is an austin based, statewide, non profit professional association dedicated to the development of economic and employment opportunities in texas. our diverse members share a common goal bringing new investment and jobs to texas. The basic economic development course is a three plus day intensive training program. it is open to career staff practitioners and volunteers with an interest in the operation of private and public industrial and economic development organizations.

The texas bedc is offered three times per year. the bedc will provide the participant with a comprehensive understanding of the keys of successful economic development.
