As the world changes all around us, achieving universal access to family planning takes on new urgency. unfpa recognizes the scale of the challenge – the need, opportunity and responsibility to expand choices and ensure rights amid this evolving landscape. Initiatives in the us and the uae hope to break down systemic barriers to family planning services and it is hoped that they will lead to similar programmes elsewhere in the world. women and girls around the world face inadequate family planning services and care.
