Our senior architect, dandi passerini was thrilled to receive planning consent at the end of 2021 to convert an existing barn, occupying over 7 acres of delightful essex land into two independent dwellings.

M&p project managed the whole scheme from initial design right through to completion, organising and directing the various trades. the works programme was most interesting with the level of detailing, with certain aspects of the build challenging, from the weight of the stone roof to the setting out of the boundary walls.
