These are images and videos of the current state of a project i'm working on. i'm currently on week four, most of this is from week three. i have around 13 weeks in total to finish the project. i'm using nanite, lumen, and rvt in this scene. i'll continue to update this page as i make new progress!. Since i refuse to pay for pro just for a blog, i'll be using this spot to showcase some of the work i've been up to for the last little while. expect this project to update as things continue to progress. this subway project (loosely based on the one form silent hill 3) has been a ton of fun so far and will continue to push my boundaries, i wanted to create a scene fully my own (outside the. Unfortunately, i was sent the email very late into the competition and didn't have long left to model, texture and present the car. but i wanted at least to get the forms of the mach 5 correct, so that's what i mainly focused on, then did some simple materials in unreal. Practice piece digging into unreal 5's skin and eye materials for metahuman. this head wasn't created using metahuman, but it leverages it's eye and skin shaders. There was something magical about '80s movies, and every weekend, i'd load up the recorded vhs tape just to watch the misadventures of johnny 5! this has been a dream project of mine from the get go. i've been working on it on and off for the past year, slowly modelling piece by piece.
