After brushing away the cobwebs and giving it a shiny new colour grade, let's call it my first portfolio piece of 2021. created in blender and substance painter, with photoshop for the composite work. i found this dusty old render from a few years ago lurking in my blender folder. Check out her artstation for the finished concept that she did! u2028also big shout out to chonlawat thammawan, the amazing senior tech artist on overwatch who did an extra effort in making all the frogs coming to life!!!. Big thank you to tina wei who come up with the incredible ideation for this skin, and super grateful for our amazing 3d and tech team to give a huge push. One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was learning to integrate a dynamic rain effect, which adds a layer of realism and mood to the environment. the wet surfaces, subtle reflections, and interaction of lighting with the rain helped elevate the overall visual quality.
