The aoeett and the faculty and staff of uas will collectively select the successful candidates upon completion of the above listed occupational endorsements, with a minimum gpa of 2.0. the candidate must also meet the minimum requirements for entry into the aoeett apprenticeship program.

Heavy equipment operators is a 6,000 hour program that will allow an individual to operate a wide variety of equipment ranging from dozers to crusher plants throughout the state for various contractors. the work can range from small parking lot paving to construction of ice roads. Apprentices must be able to pass pre indenture and random hair follicle drug testing. apprentices are required to have cdl class a permit completed and medical card upon arrival for training.
