Program Spotlight Idd Services Alzheimer S San Diego Alvis provides psychiatric services designed to address treatment for substance use and mental health disorders among individuals with idd. services include individualized assessment and treatment; individual and group counseling; psychiatric treatment; relapse prevention and aftercare. An intellectual or developmental disability, also called idd, includes many severe, chronic conditions that are due to mental and or physical impairments. idd can begin at any time, up to 22 years of age.
