Afkers In Missions R Warframe I’ve been in dozens of missions with a player using an anti afk macro where they just move left and right a bit then they show up at extraction. i open support tickets with screenshots and report them but never hear anything back. I see a lot of people talking about just being inactive at the start of a mission and being useless. let me give some context, totally afk players don't bother me more than that, because i know they'll get almost no rewards at the end of the mission, so it's fine.

Penalties for abusing afk include in game warnings and increasing lengths of temporary suspension. additionally, we may also remove any spoils from those afk macro'd missions as you did not in fact earn them and may also have been a burden on your teammates in a multiplayer session. Just leave and start a new mission. that is the only way to punish the behavior. don't sit there and let them take advantage of you. if someone's afking without a room clear ability active in the match, just leave and re enter the mission.

After a mission is over and my personal squad was 3 people while hunting relics, it is quite annoying to have to kill the squad due to someone going afk. granted they may not know that 3 people in the squad are together from the start, but drop squad before going afk. I think it's fine to be a bit cheeky and join a mission you are not quite ready for once in a while and hope to be carried (hilarious when the whole squad does it though). being full afk on purpose is not cool though. I keep seeing posts about how the changes that happened targeted afkers. yet, in my hundreds of hours playing i have rarely if ever seen people afking with the aoe weapons that got nerfed and wukong. i have seen people afk with things like the zenistar back in the day. There's a good chance it won't work, but you can tell the leecher you're going to report them for griefing if they won't contribute. if they refuse, actually report them. it's not necessarily a solution, but it might discourage leechers (or at least punishes them).
