Technical Death Metal Technical Death Metal Apart from the band’s influences, we all listen to a pretty large musical spectrum, from french disco pop to avant garde death metal, from dark jazz to powerviolence. As for the name of the band, the Ætheria conscientia refers to the main deity from the universe we created within the band, which in reality is an artificial intelligence that was given the task to save humanity. The band was created around 2016, born from the ashes of 2 of our old bands which were progressive and thrash metal. those 2 projects were our first musical experiences and finished at around the same period that Ætheria conscientia was created, which is composed of members of those two bands. Jazz and post metal flavors mingle with their usual prog and black metal base, and the song is long enough to allow for plenty of exploration and evolution without bogging down.

At these moments, the blossoming sounds more like psychonaut’s last album, taking on a hippyish, post metal character. but the heaviness is still here in spades, the album alternating between urgent blast beat driven heaviness, and doomier moments.
