One Love Animal Rescue Our adoption process includes a detailed screening of applications. we require an adoption contract or agreement, and the adoption donations vary from $65 for puppies to $175 for fully vetted adult animals. we serve chatham county, bryan county, effingham county, and liberty county. How long does the adoption process take? the duration of the adoption process is largely dependent upon on the availability of the applicant, although most adoptions are completed within 2 4 weeks from the date an application is submitted.
