About Us Aac Camp
Home Aac Camp We started with 12 campers in 2006 and have increased attendance to 30 28 campers coming from 7 states and canada. aac camp is a collaborative effort between idaho assistive technology project (iatp), idaho state university (isu), and st. luke's children rehab (initially st. luke's elks). During the four day camp, students get opportunities to observe pristine sky atop thailand's highest peak, visit the largest optical and radio observatories in southeast asia, and witness the engineering workshop that made all the equipments and astronomical work possible.
Aac Camp Cerebral Palsy Foundation Aac camp is an annual weekend family camp for children (ages 6 16) with complex communication needs who use robust aac systems. communication is fostered through natural play, including canoeing, biking, music, and campfires. Camp speak is an adapted overnight camp designed to support children and their families who use communication devices while providing speech language graduate students the opportunity to experience supporting students who use aac. The asean astronomy camp (aac 2025) is an international gathering of youth and young adults 15 19 years of age regardless of nationalities, cultural or religious background, to share their passion in astronomy and together learn and experience various aspects of astronomy together.
