Baldwin Circles The humanities council encourages faculty, graduate students, and staff to engage with the works and legacy of james baldwin by convening reading circles in the academic year 2024 25. Structured to foster genuine connection, the initiative centered around reading and discussion groups, bringing together over 200 individuals – faculty, graduate students, staff, and postdoctoral researchers – in intimate circles of six to eight people.
