Pfcf Miami Oyc Playing For Change Foundation Oyc is a community development organization that provides a set of comprehensive programs and services for youth, adults and families in our community. as a year round servicing agency, oyc positively elevates people through educational, health and wellness, social, financial and career programs. The overtown youth center (oyc) is a community development agency currently serving more than 1,700 youth and adult community members throughout south florida. we function as a civic influencer.
