Access Housing Support The program offers case management supportive services as the participants obtain and remain in stable housing. the supportive services are designed to help participants increase skills and or income, with the goal of becoming self sufficient. Housing forward ensures through the coordinated access system (cas) that our neighbors experiencing homelessness are identified, assessed for their needs, referred to resources, and connected to housing. Project access, a voucher program overseen by the texas department of housing and community affairs, provides housing rental assistance to people who were previously admitted to a nursing facility, intermediate care facility, texas state psychiatric hospital or a board and care facility. Cas is a community wide process developed to ensure all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access to housing resources in the community. no direct referrals can be accepted into stewpot housing programs. if you'd like more information, please fill out the form below.
