Access Housing Support Our wide array of housing services include homeless outreach, homeless clinics, rehabilitative support services, housing placement assistance, and support for adults 18 and older who are mentally ill. Our mission is to provide affordable quality housing and access to supportive resources across north texas. we strive to create housing solutions in healthy, inclusive communities that offer economic, educational, and social growth opportunities.
Access Housing Support The program offers case management supportive services as the participants obtain and remain in stable housing. the supportive services are designed to help participants increase skills and or income, with the goal of becoming self sufficient. Housing forward ensures through the coordinated access system (cas) that our neighbors experiencing homelessness are identified, assessed for their needs, referred to resources, and connected to housing. Project access, a voucher program overseen by the texas department of housing and community affairs, provides housing rental assistance to people who were previously admitted to a nursing facility, intermediate care facility, texas state psychiatric hospital or a board and care facility. Together, we can advocate for policies that will expand access to affordable housing and encourage other change seekers to support housing that is smaller, is smarter and includes greater variety. Cas is a community wide process developed to ensure all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access to housing resources in the community. no direct referrals can be accepted into stewpot housing programs. if you'd like more information, please fill out the form below.
