Led by cally, a labor and postpartum doula, mom of three, and c wickson studios owner for going on ten years, this session blends real life experience with a deep understanding of the body.
10 Things To Know 6 Weeks Postpartum Things I Wish I Knew Weekly structure: 3 full length sessions per week for 6 weeks, plus a bonus 10mins functional training workout each week. After a normal 6 week postpartum check up, most women can begin low impact aerobic movement, gentle core activation and pelvic floor work, adding resistance and intensity every 1–2 weeks if there is no pain, bleeding or prolapse. Our 30 day postpartum program includes 4 gentle workout flows, every week for 4 weeks, and was filmed through my personal recovery after the birth of my first daughter navy in 2022.
