Twenty five years ago, the st. johns river was in trouble, and no one was protecting it. runoff from farms and leaky septic tanks was causing massive algae blooms and the river was in.

25 Years St Johns Riverkeeper St. johns riverkeeper (sjrk) has been the river's lawyer, publicist, and educational resource for 25 years. chartered as an official waterkeeper alliance organization in late 1999, sjrk.
