2021 Neppa Lineworkers Rodeo Agenda Neppa Each year, students participate in an additional two day skills assessment rodeo each year. the apprentice rodeo is designed to showcase the apprentices’ developing technical and climbing skills, and to reinforce the program’s focus on professionalism, safety, and proper technique. Last week we held one of my favorite events the apprentice lineworker rodeo. having cancelled last year's event (and just about every other event!) due to the pandemic, it felt even more special this year. with 126 students competing in 10 categories, it was a full on, super charged two days.

Bring your family and friends out for this fun event where our craft employees display their line skills in events that are scored based on safety, accuracy, and time. winners in each event and overall performance will be presented awards at a ceremony in the afternoon.
