On your desired course, click on the forum that you want to grade. click on the admin button (gear icon) located at the top right, then click on edit settings. on the forum settings page, scroll down and click the drop down arrow on whole forum grading. adjust the grade settings to your preference. Setup: to set up whole forum grading, go to add an activity and select forum. to begin adding a forum, navigate to your moodle course and select the topic to which you wish to add the resource. at the bottom of the topic, select add an activity or resource. On the left you should now see one students entire collection of forum postings (as well as responses) and on the right the students name and where to enter a grade.
