After a year of dedicated mewing, you can witness a remarkable transformation in your facial features. jawlines become more defined, cheekbones sculpted, and overall facial symmetry improves.
2 Year Progress R Mewing I started mewing 2 years ago. in this video i share the changes in my face that i have noticed from doing it consistently. i also explain how i "mew" and how i do it while eating swallowing. To correctly document your mewing progress, start by taking clear, well lit photos of your face from the front, side, and 45 degree angles every month. make sure to keep the camera at eye level and use the same lighting and background for consistency. I only noticed two differences: one that i can now easily breath through my nose all the time and 2: there is more space between my top teeth. yesterday, i found a terrible picture of my profile from 27 and couldn't believe how much my jawline had actually changed.
