Invalidate C

In recent times, invalidate c has become increasingly relevant in various contexts. How to disable an event when another event done. i would like to know how can i disable ( MouseEnter and MouseLeave) events after MouseClick event is done . cut,copy,paste using clipboard in c#... how can i do cut ,copy, paste using clipboard from one form to another form...can i use serialization concepts???

Additionally, how to remove drawn Rectangle on a control. I want to be able to draw this rectangle one at a time and only one rectangle must be shown. Example, I click cell 1 and so the rectangle is drawn. When I click cell 2, i want to remove the rectangle drawn in cell 1 and draw another rectangle on cell 2.

In this context, adding new section to form invalidates signatures on other sections. Signing any section will make the header and just that section read-only like expected. Changes in other sections do not invalidate any of the other sections like expected.
