From another angle, a portion of the media show the project when it was simply called "SR" (Surveillance Responsibility).

Literally watched something get displaced, reported, left that room, said Anomaly: Not Found. Went back, did it again, stayed in the room and it Removed it. Has occurred on several other occasions to include reporting a radio that I watched turn on as "Electrical:" but it was Not Found. Surely a skill issue?
