hi we are a sporting club and are using general dropbox not business. One of our members set up drop box for all our clubs files however this member has now left and I am not sure how to block his access to drop box. The truth here is that when you add a shared folder to your account, the folder will take up space in your account as well, not just the owner's. Moreover, since you only need view/download access, though, the owner of the folder can send you a "view-only" link instead, which won't affect your available space at all.
