Flashback Review Yuyu Hakusho Spirit Detective Saga Seeing yusuke grow and work hard to get his life back while protecting the people he cares about did a lot to establish him as a great protagonist from the get go. yusuke reacting to what he has to do really endeared me to his character and gave him opportunities to show off how he thinks and acts. This covers the origins of yusuke becoming a spirit detective to several of his assigned cases to the final one where he meets the demon brothers, the toguro’s, who force him into the next story arc.
