Yourtown Safe Spaces Logan We are a not for profit youth organisation that delivers several different programs including transition to work where we assist young people 15 24 to gain employment or education. we also run the starfish program which is an early intervention mental health program. we have a "no wrong door" policy and we support all young people. Working in partnership with yourtown, one on one case management and mentoring is offered, along with wrap around services delivered both inside and outside the school gate to support students and their families.
