Yamazaki Lab Ut Southwestern Dallas Texas Since i began studying the biological rhythms of insects during graduate school, i have been fascinated with the accuracy of the circadian timing system and the phenomenal influence of the circadian clock on almost all biological activities. Recent identification of a variety of stem cell sources including embryonic and somatic (tissue specific) stem cells has brought about substantial progress in the field of stem cell research. the hsc represents the first stem cell for which identity and existence were determined. Principal investigator: shin yamazaki | we study circadian rhythms, a fundamental process that governs daily rhythms at all levels of biology, including gene expression, physiology, and behavior. In this lab, we calculate, collect and process many datasets and then consider how to combine and utilize those datasets for all the three types of economic loss estimation.

The communication robotics lab. (yamazaki lab.) of the dept. of home electronics at the kanagawa institute of technology is researching and developing “communication standards” for robot behavior through the development of robot systems that focus on nonverbal expression technology. Yamazaki lab research focuses on two main approaches: using period knockout mice to understand circadian timekeeping and photo food entrainment understanding the mechanisms that connect and disconnect the circadian rhythm and cell cycle. Our lab will seek to understand the molecular mechanisms of entrainment using this unique model by employing in vivo multi unit recording of neural activity, in situ hybridization, and immunocytochemistry. Our research goal is to understand and predict the dynamics of land waters from local to global scales, including its interaction with earth system and human society. to achieve this goal, we work on various science challenges on global hydrology hydrodynamics mainly using modelling, remote sensing, and data integration approaches.
