Dell Has The Worst Website Customer Support Experience Dell No manufacturer ever provides a discount or a refund due to a hardware failure they resolve with service. if you wanted your money back or a replacement computer, you should’ve asked at the time you called in and reported the issue. Before that though; i would try reaching out to dell support one more time and threaten said action if they don't make good on the situation. chargebacks hurt a business, so often times just threatening it will be enough for them to finally take action to assist. Dell, i am writing this to show my extreme dissatisfaction with my purchase of a dell xps 15 (9530). this computer is terrible if you are into music production, audio engineering, mixing and master. When someone answered they said it got stuck in their financial dept but they are working on it. really 😉. i’m not giving up my money but i will never buy from dell again. i don’t even want to give them one star. dell charges thousands of dollars for their crap computers, and then tell the consumer what they can have. no customization avaible.

Dodgy Dell Support Call Hardware Infrastructure Spiceworks Community Dell, i am writing this to show my extreme dissatisfaction with my purchase of a dell xps 15 (9530). this computer is terrible if you are into music production, audio engineering, mixing and master. When someone answered they said it got stuck in their financial dept but they are working on it. really 😉. i’m not giving up my money but i will never buy from dell again. i don’t even want to give them one star. dell charges thousands of dollars for their crap computers, and then tell the consumer what they can have. no customization avaible. A lot of dealing with dell customer service made me feel like they didn't trust me. it was weird that i was asked to write on a piece of paper the current time, my full name and address. also i had to take a photo of that next to the serial number of my monitor. it felt really scummy. Despite not having crashed during dell's (stupid) diagnostics tool (both in bios and through their windows 10 app), they accepted a return. the client was a bit frustrated but it wasn't our fault, so she accepted it. I got a call this morning that they received my bbb complaint and are going to process the return for me! i am very happy to have reached this resolution, i just wish they didn't make it so difficult to do so. I have called dell 4 times, been treated rudely, transferred in circles between tech support & sales support, been told a supervisor would call back but received no call & was disconnected.
