Wise Facilitator Training The wise introductory training is a combination of six online video modules and a two day, in person training. the training is designed to educate wise practitioners who have been hired to serve and support youth, families and their teams through the wise process and principles. This interactive 2 day facilitator training will: provide you with information, skills, strategies, and resources to deliver the wise program to older adults in your community;.

Become a wise (wellness initiative for senior education) certified facilitator and help make a difference in the lives of older adults you serve. the wise program facilitator training is open to any group agency that works with older adults to prevent accidental overdose of prescription medication. The expectation of this training is that those who attend the april facilitator training will commit to delivering the wise program 2–4 times per year following certification. A two day training course is mandatory for any organization looking to offer the wise program. this facilitator training is offered either as an on site customizable training at the program provider's location or as a standard training scheduled by njpn in new jersey.
