Northwest Wisconsin Wedc Regional economic development partners wedc, the state’s lead economic development agency, works closely with nine regional economic development partners around the state to facilitate and coordinate resources and support for local businesses. The southwestern wisconsin regional planning commission (swwrpc) assists local communities to save time and money by providing low cost, expert planning and economic development services in grant, green, iowa, lafayette, and richland counties.
