Winter Reading Program Algona Public Library If you fill in all the squares on your reading record, you will receive a pencil, a bookmark, and be able to pick out a book to keep. you will also be able to put your name into the drawing twice. The library's youth winter reading challenge is currently underway between february 1 28, 2021, readers ages 18 and younger can take part, reading and logging books. if they complete and record their reads, they're eligible to win some great bundles of bookishness. The washington wizards, in partnership with the alexandria library, are hosting a winter reading challenge dedicated to early readers, kids, and teens. the challenge is designed to build positive reading culture and improve literacy for the youth. We invite everyone of all ages to register for the winter reading challenge and see if you can read at least 4 hours in january. you can also complete winter reading activities like reading aloud to someone, or telling a friend about a good book.
