In the first part of our project, we mapped the global landscape of light touch behavioural interventions aimed at reducing burnout among frontline workers through a literature review. Through the tireless dedication of our frontline workers and our shared commitment to these transformative principles in support of those who care for us, we can truly reimagine and rebuild healthcare systems that work for everyone, bringing us closer to a healthier, more equitable world.
