Why Dunlea Dunlea Centre Our primary program caters to students from years 3 to 6 (ages 8 12). we offer a supportive and nurturing environment where students receive quality education along with individualised support to address their specific needs. Dunlea centre, prior to 2010 known as boys' town engadine, [1] is an australian residential secondary school for adolescent young people. its specialised program provides therapeutic support and education to young people who might be experiencing emotional, behavioural and or social difficulties.
Why Dunlea Dunlea Centre Dunlea centre provides family and individual therapy, academic and life skills education, and residential care for both boys and girls. family preservation and restoration is the focus of the dunlea centre’s program. Dunlea centre believes young people and families at risk can change their lives and foster a hopeful future together. we serve to provide a safe and supportive environment for at risk young people to engage in learning, develop social skills, and foster positive relationships. Dunlea centre, australia’s original boys’ town, is a residential, family preservation agency auspiced by the salesians of don bosco. the therapeutic work is focused upon troubled young people. Over their time at dunlea centre, these two have grown into the confident, respectful, and hardworking leaders we know today. voted in by both staff and students, jacob and mitchell exemplify what it means to be a dunlea student, and we are so proud to have them leading the way for their peers.
