By using the tree to show all the options we’ve uncovered and which decisions we’ve made, we invite our stakeholders to examine our thinking. we are showing our work.
Our Work Research has shown that unconscious bias can affect us negatively when speaking up and showing our work. however, the fact that there is a limitation does not mean we cannot try to fight. And yes, we can definitely show our stuff off based on our portfolio and our website, but we can (and should) do so much more. on top of our personal sites, we have countless avenues to demonstrate our work: social media, , blogging platforms, speaking engagements, and on and on.
