In addition to measuring the perceived enhancement of personal, individual, social, and physical well being, the study also measured the resulting monetary value created by the public’s museum experiences at these eleven major art institutions. In this publication, we understand it as a set of activities that allow individuals or groups (sometimes the whole community) of different ages to make positive changes in their own lives, through education, personal development, and, if possible, also through active citizenship.
