We Lead Restless Development In this research the we lead team listened to rightsholders in lebanon, guatemala, mozambique, uganda and nigeria on how cso’s adapted to meaningfully provide srh r services to young women whilst during the covid 19 pandemic. Young people worldwide are reshaping the future with their relentless energy, unwavering enthusiasm, and dedication. young feminists are coming together, everywhere to champion gender equality and to call for the upholding of their sexual and reproductive health rights. What a year it has been for restless development! in 2025, we marked a major milestone, our 40th birthday and we also celebrated reaching 10 million young change makers worldwide, even while navigating significant global challenges. Restless development supports the journey of a young person to become a leader and helps them multiply that leadership in their communities and around the world.

The framing of the toolkit around feminist power also aligns well with restless development and the we lead consortium’s principles around powershifting, feminism, and youth leadership. Our youth power principles have been compiled and defined by young leaders across the world. a snapshot of what we do, how we do it and the impact of our work. this checklist guides the work we do and helps others that want to ensure all young people have the power to lead.
