Visit Dorchester Heritage Center On highway 78 just outside of ridgeville, 81 acres of wetlands, pristine forest, and open green space will soon transform into a landmark destination for residents and visitors. Set in a historic woodland landscape, the new dorchester heritage center will offer visitors over 80 acres of nature programming, including trails, nature studies, living history reconstructions, and outdoor venues and exhibits.
