Supporting young offenders across africa – the african youth justice project has been implemented by 9 african ymcas. since 2015 it has supported some 169,000 young men and women who are in potential or actual conflict with the law. In order to better support national and local ymcas in their process of both activating and implementing vision 2030 we have prepared this practical guide, which we hope will prove useful and provide relevant guidance for all ymcas which intend to engage with vision 2030.
