Virtual Visit Cetacean Conservation And Genomics Lab
Research Cerg Cetacean Ecology Research Group Auckland Virtual visit: cetacean conservation and genomics lab video of virtual visit: cetacean conservation and genomics lab. Lab manager debbie steel gives you a sneak peek behind the scenes at one of osu's marine mammal institute research labs. the cetacean conservation and genomi.
Webinar Cetacean Science And Conservation Marine Science In this virtual tour, lab manager debbie steel takes us through a behind the scenes look at mmi's cetacean conservation and genomics laboratory. under. The laboratory of cetacean biology aims to elucidate the evolution, ecology, and population status through biological and ecological studies of cetaceans. based on the results of these studies, we aim to explore the interrelationships between humans and cetaceans, as well as the marine environment. Aim of the internship is to provide hands on experience on cetacean research, from data collection at sea to data analysis. interns will be involved in surveys of their specific project and will be trained on data entry and data analysis. This course covers the evolutionary biology, ecology, behaviour, and conservation of marine mammals: whales, dolphins and porpoises (cetaceans), seals and walruses (pinnipeds), manatees and dugongs (sirenians) and sea otters.

Since its foundation, tethys has promoted research and conservation activities focused on marine mammals, particularly cetaceans (whales and dolphins) and the monk seal (monachus monachus) in the mediterranean sea. The cetacean conservation and genomics laboratory (ccgl) is committed to a greater understanding of the molecular ecology and systematics of whales, dolphins and porpoises around the world. The cetacean conservation and genomics laboratory (ccgl) is committed to a greater understanding of the molecular ecology and systematics of whales, dolphins and porpoises around the world. The conservation and genomic laboratory is currently involved in a number of studies collecting (e)dna from cetacean species, including killer whales, beaked whales and north atlantic right whales.
