I am able to open keyman and select the sil ipa layout, and it worked for years, but recently it hasn’t worked. i tried uninstalling the layout and then uninstalling keyman altogether and nothing’s changed. it looks like it should work but it isn’t registering any of the hotkeys i need. If you have not yet installed keyman for iphone and ipad, please install it first before installing the keyboard. Once you are sure that keyman desktop is running, in order to type ipa text, you will need to download an ipa font that contains the characters you need. there is no ipa font bundled with the keyboard it must be downloaded separately.
